A Marbled murrelet is a type of bird that inhabits the Pacific Northwest. The Marbled murrelet is a small brown and white seabird with flamboyantly coloured wings. It has dark eyes, a black bill, and long tapered wings.
They are difficult to spot but keep an eye out for them near water where they like to look for fish or marine invertebrates.
They breed in tree cavities, especially those created by large woodpeckers or decaying trees that have blown over into the water
