Located in the Ecuadorian Andes, Cayambe is a snow-capped volcano that is now open for hikers and climbers. If you're looking for an adventure and want to explore an active volcano, Cayambe is the perfect destination! With a summit elevation of 5790 metres above sea level, this imposing peak will test your physical limits while providing some of the most stunning views in the world.

The summit itself consists of two peaks: one to the North-East named Pico Cóndor (5,641 m / 18,510 ft) and another to the South-West called Yerovi (5,690 m / 18,577 ft). These peaks are located on the rim of a caldera (collapsed volcano) with a diameter of 8 km.
