The African Rock Python is a awe-inspiring snake that is found in Sub-Saharan Africa. This snake can grow up to 6 meters (20 feet) long and weigh over 45 kilograms (100 pounds). Despite its size, the African Rock Python is a gentle giant and is not known to be aggressive unless provoked.
This snake is an expert at camouflage and can often be difficult to see among the rocks and branches where it likes to live. The African Rock Python feeds on a variety of prey, including antelope, warthogs, porcupines, and even crocodiles!
